How do I report damages?

Please send a description of the damage(s) and photographs to info@snowpromarkham.com so we can address the claim appropriately

What is the cancellation policy?

If you’d like to cancel your service all you have to do is email info@snowpromarkham.com within the first 30 days, and let us know you’d like to discontinue your service.

How do I know when your coming to my home?

Before (and often during) each snow event we will send you an email letting you know when to expect our crews to service your property.

What happens if my car is in the driveway when your crews come by?

Not to worry, on the second pass we will clear any areas that were blocked the first time we came around (timing details are sent prior to every snow event). If your car is still blocking part of the driveway on the second pass, you will either have to wait until the next snow event or pay for an additional visit.

How much snow must fall before I receive service?

There must be a minimum of 5cm of snow accumulation if you have Basic Service and 1cm if you have Always Clear or Priority Plus Service.

How long does the season run for?

Our seasonal contract runs from Nov 15th to April 15th

What are these driveway markers for?

We install driveway markers to indicate the edges of your property, hidden objects, and to help our operators find your property at night.

When do you usually come to clear the snow?

Typically it snows at night, so we can usually have the driveway cleared before you go to work. If you're out before we get there, then rest assured it'll be done before you come home. Our routes are approximately 4-8 hours (dependant on which service you select) from first home to last home and can vary if we have a significant snowfall - If there are any delays in service we will send you an update.

If it snows during the day, what then?

Usually it snows overnight, but sometimes it snows during the day. What then? In these circumstances, we will contact you by email and let you know how and when to expect us.

Will your equipment scratch my interlock/ concrete driveway?

Unlike most contractors, we use Tivar edges and guides instead of steel. This thick plastic allows our equipment to glide across the driveway, and reduces the chances of scratches/ damage.
